Charles Lambert is the Founder & Chairman of Carter-Lambert Divisions, LLC. His extensive work history covers service as a Cybersecurity and Information Assurance, Engineering, and Cost Estimator in support of Department of Defense Military and Agencies, Department of Homeland Security, Customs Border and Protection and the United States Coast Guard Research and Development Centers across the United States (CONUS) and abroad (OCONUS). Mr. Lambert understands interagency relations and the complex workings of the Federal, State and Local Governments.

Mr. Lambert is a graduate from American Intercontinental University (AIU), with a Master of Business Administration and National-Louis University with a Bachelors. Mr. Lambert has served in the US Army and Government Civilian Service and graduated from the Defense Acquisition University, Business Cost Estimate & Financial Management Level III and Program Management Level II.


SUMMARY: Mr. Lambert has supported many small businesses into the 8a/SDB programs and other certifications, or program offered by the Federal Government. He continues to support other small business within the newly created “Management Consulting Division” within Carter-Lambert Divisions. Success is the goal, Carter-Lambert Divisions is “Integrated for Success” with large, other-than small and small businesses.
